Alaska Direct Bus Line saw a need for inexpensive transportation to and from Anchorage,
Fairbanks, and Whitehorse through Tok. Many Alaskans (and visitors too) either don't drive, don't have a
vehicle, or have found that they are unable to drive the long distances between towns. Alaska Direct Bus
Line was created to fill this need.
In the next few years, we are planning to join with the other bus transportation companies in the state to
provide services from many of the villages, and rural communities to these hubs, then on to the larger
Alaska cities, and medical, shopping and connection with the rest of the world.
